*Kitchen: help.
Making and serving plates. *Keeping the area clean and organized. *Cleaning up after all, food has been served.


*Decorating:
Balloons,  centerpieces,  tables, chairs. *Clean it up after the event. 
*Separating table clothes from the chair covers. *Placed them back in the proper buckets. *Putting the center pieces in their  appropriate buckets.


*Stage team:
*Help build the stage.  * Help tear down the set after the event. 
*Change props after scenes. (4 to 6 people) *Clean up after the event is all over. (20 people or more)


*Light & Electric man team:
*Work a light board. *Place lights. And all other entities of the lighting.


* Sound man team:
*Manage and control sound systems.


*Video technician team: 
*To shoot a video for that night. *Edit video
*Make duplicate videos.


*Photographer (3 people) team:
*Take pictures throughout the night and print the same night.
* Make a memory book.


*Greeters (8 people)
*Welcome and help direct guests upon entry.
